HIC - Humanitarian Information Centre for Liberia UNJLC The UNJLC is an inter-agency logistics co-ordination facility for emergency response established by the IASC in 2002 under the custodianship of WFP. The UNJLC identifies logistics bottlenecks affecting the relief operation, enhances operational planning efforts of individual agencies by assembling and disseminating relevant logistics information and coordinates the use of common humanitarian cargo aircraft. UNJLC bulletins aim to provide a concise weekly overview of UNJLC activities and the present logistical situation in regard to the crisis in Liberia.
