HIC - Humanitarian Information Centre for Liberia Joint Operations Graphics US Joint Operations Graphic (JOG) Maps. Maps contain good terrain information as well as heights above sea level in feet, have geographic Latitude/Longitude grid as well as the common US military Universal Trans Mercator Grid (UTM) that allows to read and measure distances in kilometers directly from grid ticks and lines indicated on the map. Major road and rail network, population centres (cities and towns) is visible, river network too and land cover. All these maps date back to the early 1970's.
