HIC - Humanitarian Information Centre for Liberia WatSan Who Does What Where in WATSAN The HIC has established a database for tracking the Watsan-related activities of NGOs in districts throughout Liberia. All agencies working in the Watsan sector are asked to provide information about Watsan assessments and planned or currently implemented programs for inclusion in this database.
