If you are experiencing problems viewing this site, please
start by ensuring that you are using a recent browser.
You may also experience, that you are not seeing newest version
of data. This is caused by data being cached, either on your local
pc or by the internet provider. Follow the guidelines in
"Technical Setup" below, for recommended settings of your internet
browser.
To ensure that you read from the internet, not from cache:
press CTRL+F5.
Recommended technical setup
The following Browser configuration is recommended:
- enable 'Java script'
- enable 'Compare document in cache with document on network'
Internet Explorer:
click 'View'
click 'Internet Options...'
in the 'General' Tab, find 'Temporary Internet Files'
click 'Settings...'
at the top of the window, find 'Check for newer version of stored
pages'
select 'Every visit to the page'
click 'OK'
click 'OK' again
If problems with log-on: In IE, go to TOOLS, then INTERNET
OPTIONS, then select the security tab. Select CUSTOM and scroll
through to find USER AUTHENTICATION - ensure it is not set to
"Anonymous" logon - should be "Prompt User for User Name and
Password".
Netscape:
click 'Edit'
click 'Preferences...'
click the small '+' next to 'Advanced'
select 'Cache' in the lower part of the window, find 'document in
cache is compared with document on network:'
select 'Every time'
click 'OK'
